LipLidz will replace all products (glasses and lids) that we confirm by visual inspection to have defects in material or workmanship. Items damaged due to normal wear and tear (e.g. fading, scratching), improper care, or abuse will not be replaced. If you do not wish to keep your LipLidz® glasses/lids once purchased, you can return them to us for a refund of the original purchase price less the original shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. Return shipments for non-defective merchandise are at your expense. If your product is damaged in shipment, please let us know immediately when an item has arrived broken. We need this information to properly make a claim with either UPS or USPS within 3 days of date of delivery. Please save packaging and photograph the damaged box/item.
